Getting your new art safely to you is important to me, so please know that I take special care in the packaging. Original artwork will be wrapped in paper, contained in a waterproof wrapping, and then heavily cushioned and packaged. Prints and Paint Palettes will be backed with cardboard to help prevent bending, wrapped in a waterproof bag, and then packaged in a padded mailer or box.
In the event that your art arrives damaged in any way, please contact me immediately. You will need to provide me with photos of the damage within two days in order for me to file an insurance claim. The damaged piece will need to be returned to me and I will provide you a similar piece or a refund (less shipping charges).
In-stock pieces will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Your artwork will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or FED EX with tracking and insurance. Larger paintings shipped via FED EX will be sent Signature Required so please make sure you or someone else will be available to receive it.

If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days. You must package the artwork back up exactly how it arrived (so hold onto the packaging materials to reuse). Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the artwork back (in the original condition) I will proceed with your refund (less shipping charges) or you may choose a different piece. All sales of custom commissions and custom prints are final (no refunds or exchanges).
